The factory expansion is expected to be finished by spring 2025

Vitaflo, a part of Nestlé Health Science, has started the construction of an expansion for its factory at the Rosbach vor der Höhe site, located north of Frankfurt in Germany. During the event, which was attended by guests from the fields of politics, administration, and business, the planned new building was showcased, along with an introduction to the existing production facilities. The factory expansion is expected to be finished by spring 2025.

As a leading provider of specialised foods for individuals with rare, congenital protein metabolism disorders, the company is addressing the growing demand for essential dietary products to improve the lives of affected individuals worldwide. The products cater to around 5,000 people in the DACH countries (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and are distributed in over 40 countries globally. Investment in this plant is more than 8 million euros.

The brands COMIDAMED and MEVALIA, which are manufactured at the Rosbach site, are an integral part of Vitaflo’s promising future and its commitment to supporting affected individuals and their families. With an investment exceeding eight million euros for expanding and modernising production, the company aims to increase production volume and create more job opportunities at the site.
