In his new role, Stefano will join the Nestlé UK & Ireland leadership team and oversee the Waters & Premium Beverages business in the UK

Nestlé announced the appointment of Stefano Bolognese as the new Managing Director for Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages UK, effective 1 April 2025. He succeeds Grant McKenzie, who has been appointed Head of Northern Europe for Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages.

In his new role, Stefano will join the Nestlé UK & Ireland leadership team and oversee the Waters & Premium Beverages business in the UK, which includes esteemed water brands such as Princes Gate, Buxton, Nestlé Pure Life, as well as S.Pellegrino and the Sanpellegrino Italian Sparkling Drinks range.

Stefano brings extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to sustainability to Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages UK. He will guide the team in enhancing market share, delivering exceptional value for customers, and helping achieve a circular economy and a positive water impact where the business operates.

Since joining Nestlé in 2000, Stefano has held various leadership positions in sales, marketing, and business development across the waters and food categories in Italy. Most recently, he led the Sanpellegrino International Business Unit in Italy, where he significantly strengthened the Acqua Panna, S.Pellegrino, and Sanpellegrino Beverages portfolios globally.
