Ms Lai Chin Yee will continue her executive role as the Finance Director in overseeing the Group’s financial & sustainability reporting, treasury, corporate governance and other finance-related functions.

The Board of Directors of Qian Hu Corporation Limited together with its subsidiaries, wishes to announce that as part of its Board renewal process, Ms Lai Chin Yee has retired by rotation pursuant to Regulation 91 of the Company’s Constitution as an Executive Director of the Company, at the conclusion of the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held , 30 March 2022. Ms Lai Chin Yee will continue her executive role as the Finance Director in overseeing the Group’s financial & sustainability reporting, treasury, corporate governance and other finance related functions.
