The senior leadership updates include several key Executive Vice President (EVP) appointments across Market Operations, Packaging Solutions, Processing Solutions & Equipment, Services, and Sustainability & Communications
Tetra Pak has announced a series of strategic changes to its Executive Leadership Team (ELT), reinforcing the leadership vision under President & CEO Adolfo Orive. Effective 1 December 2025, the refreshed team structure is designed to strengthen cross-functional collaboration, accelerate innovation across the value chain, and further support the company’s global operational goals. The senior leadership updates include several key Executive Vice President (EVP) appointments across Market Operations, Packaging Solutions, Processing Solutions & Equipment, Services, and Sustainability & Communications.
Marco Dorna has been appointed EVP Market Operations. Dorna, who joined Tetra Pak in 2004, has held pivotal roles across multiple regions, including Key Account Director for the Arabian Area, Brazil and South Africa, and Managing Director for Central America & Caribbean. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Brazil since 2022.
Tatiana Liceti takes on the role of EVP Packaging Solutions after serving as EVP Market Operations since 2021. Liceti joined the company in 1998 and brings extensive experience from leadership roles such as Managing Director Mexico, Managing Director Andina, Managing Director Peru, and Vice President for the Americas.
Roberto Franchitti has been named EVP Processing Solutions & Equipment. Franchitti, who joined Tetra Pak in 2007, has held the position of EVP Services since 2021. His career includes roles such as Cluster Leader for Services in South Europe, Vice President of the Carton Value & Economy Platform, and EVP for Services & Quality.
Ola Elmqvist steps into the role of EVP Services. Elmqvist, with Tetra Pak since 1990, most recently served as EVP Packaging Solutions. His extensive leadership background includes roles such as Cluster Leader Services Europe & Central Asia, Vice President Business Unit Liquid Food, Vice President Supply Chain Operations in Greater China, Managing Director Tetra Pak Southeastern Europe, and EVP for Processing Solutions & Equipment.
Martin Scott has been appointed EVP Sustainability & Communications. Scott joined Tetra Pak in 2018 and previously served as EVP Communications since 2024. His earlier roles include Vice President, Internal Communications and Vice President, External & Internal Communications.
