Limited to only 4,000 burgers available across Australia, you’ll need to get in quick to experience this naturally delicious and surprisingly meaty, umami burger, delivered to the table under a smoke-filled cloche with silver service touches.

Please note the Heston Fable Burger experience contains Gluten, Soy, Sulphites, Wheat, Egg and Sesame. Due to the complex nature of making this product, we are unable to accommodate any modifications to the products.

For $35 per person, the limited-edition Heston Fable Burger is crafted with a plant-based, meaty mushroom Fable pattie w/ tofu, cucumber, fresh slaw, hoisin sauce & topped with crispy Fable “beef”, served in a buttery brioche bun. Paired with our Famous Chips with white miso mayo and your choice of premium wine (Pinot Noir or Chenin Blanc), local beer, or non-alcoholic beverage.
