The fifth edition of Nutrify Today’s C-Suite Sumflex concluded in Mumbai, bringing together more than 150 global leaders from the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, regulatory, investment and ingredient innovation sectors to discuss the future of responsible nutrition and preventive healthcare.

Held at Trident Oberoi over two days, the summit focused on scaling evidence-based nutrition through collaboration among science, industry, regulators and investors. Widely regarded by participants as the “Davos of Nutraceuticals,” the event has evolved from a domestic industry dialogue into a global platform for strategic decision-making.

The gathering featured representatives from leading pharmaceutical companies, including Novo Nordisk, MSD, Mankind Pharma, Torrent Pharma, Dr Reddy’s–Nestlé Health Science, Reckitt and Sanofi. Regulatory bodies such as FSSAI, FDA Maharashtra, the Indian Pharmaceutical Alliance and OPPI also participated, alongside venture capital firms and ingredient innovators.

Key discussions covered emerging trends in obesity management, metabolic health, counterfeit nutrition products, women-led wellness brands and the growing role of artificial intelligence in nutraceutical commercialisation. One of the highlights was a dedicated session on GLP-1 therapies and their implications for nutrition and chronic disease management.

A major attraction at this year’s summit was the launch of The Master Formulator Show, a first-of-its-kind platform spotlighting formulation scientists and their role in developing evidence-backed nutraceutical products. Sponsored by Greenspace Herbs, the initiative underscored the importance of formulation science in transforming botanical ingredients into globally competitive health solutions.

Speaking at the event, Amit Srivastava, Founder and Chief Catalyst of Nutrify Today, said the platform was created to bring together science, capital, regulation and market stakeholders under one roof to shape the future of the nutrition economy.

The summit also highlighted Nutrify Today’s growing international footprint following the launch of the Eurasia Sumflex in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, earlier this year. Organisers said the initiative aims to strengthen collaboration across India, Eurasia and global markets while fostering an investment-ready, evidence-led nutrition ecosystem.
