Australia’s fastest-growing and most loved supermarket chain, ALDI, has marked a major milestone by opening its 600th store in Wright, bringing its celebrated ‘Good Different’ shopping experience to the heart of the nation’s capital.

Over nearly 25 years, the supermarket giant has expanded its footprint from just two stores to 600 nationwide, with 88 per cent of Australians now living within 20 kilometres of an ALDI store.
Amy Peters, Managing Director of NSW/ACT at ALDI Australia, said the Wright store represents a key moment in ALDI’s Australian story.
“Our 600th store opening in Wright marks a special milestone in ALDI’s Australian story. We have been delivering shoppers across the country unbeatable value for almost 25 years and we can’t wait for the locals in Wright to experience this for themselves,” Peters said.
