Marissa Andrada has been named chief human resources officer at Chipotle Mexican Grill.

 Singapore – Marissa Andrada has been named chief human resources officer at Chipotle Mexican Grill. She will report to Brian Niccol, who took the reins as chief executive officer of the company in March.

Ms. Andrada joins Chipotle from Kate Spade, where she was senior vice-president of human resources and chief human resources officer. Before that, she held several senior level positions in human resources at Starbucks, most recently as senior vice-president of partner resources for the Americas. Earlier in her career, Ms. Andrada was head of human resources for Red Bull North America and division human resources manager for PepsiCo/Pizza Hut.
