Following the opening of the rooms in March, and in line with its philosophy ‘Stay, Dine, Discover’, Ann Siang House now unites independent food and beverage heroes to bring guests a dynamic culinary experience. First to take one of the sought-after Ann Siang House F&B spaces was Blue Label Pizza & Wine by Travis Masiero Restaurant Group, who reimagined the basement with the opening of contemporary, cosmopolitan pizza and wine bar in December 2017. This month, the trendy ground floor dining spaces have opened with several eclectic pop-ups.
Curated for the curious and lovers of gastronomic delights, the new ground floor pop-up spaces are dedicated to both local and international up and coming F&B stars. Deriving its name from Bacchus, the Roman god of wine and good times, Perbacco is a pop-up opening this month – an elegant, authentic restaurant and bar that serves comforting traditional Italian dishes with a spotlight on less-known wholesome Northern specialities. All the way from Treviso, dishes such as the pan seared octopus with a warm potato and onion salad, the veal Ossobuco with mash potato, and the oven baked cod fish fillet with mix seafood are all must-tries. Diners can pair their dishes with a selection of the finest imported wines from around the world. Guests can also enjoy an exclusive set lunch which will rotate weekly according to seasonal ingredients and enjoy 10% off all à la carte food items with the opening lunch special.
