The facility will be fully immersed into the region’s rich culinary heritage, developing innovative culinary solutions cutting across savoury, sweet goods and beverages to consumers in Southeast Asia and beyond.
Firmenich has also announced the launch of ‘culinary anthropology’, a new approach to developing savoury products with customers through creative ideation and rapid prototyping which will be employed at the culinary discovery centre.
