Givaudan South East Asia & Oceania (SEAO) has officially inaugurated its relocated Myanmar branch at the Junction City Office Tower, marking a strategic step to enhance its presence and capabilities in the region.

The new facility integrates office and laboratory capabilities, enabling Givaudan’s Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty teams to collaborate closely with clients in developing consumer-preferred flavours and fragrances tailored to local market needs. The relocation reflects the company’s continued emphasis on innovation and strengthening regional partnerships. The company announced via a LinkedIn post.

An official opening ceremony held in March blended corporate celebration with cultural significance. The event featured traditional Myanmar customs, including authentic attire and a spiritual blessing led by Buddhist monks, highlighting the company’s respect for local traditions and communities. The ceremony was attended by internal management, finance teams, and distribution partners, and included a formal ribbon-cutting.

Reggie Costillas, Commercial Director for Fragrance & Beauty, SEA & Oceania, said the new office in one of Yangon’s premier business hubs represents both an upgraded working environment and a strategic investment to support clients in Myanmar better.

The move underscores Givaudan’s long-term commitment to the Myanmar market and its broader ambition to drive innovation and growth across South East Asia and Oceania.
