Fine Food Australia 2023 to exhibit a wide range of food and beverages

The event will feature presentations and sessions by industry leaders to educate and engage visitors on the latest industry news and trends

Over 850 exhibitors from Australia and around the world will participate in the food industry exhibition. The event will take place across two floors, covering various areas such as food, hospitality and retail technology, catering equipment, coffee, tea, and beverages, bakery, dairy, flavours from different parts of the world, front of house, marketplace, meat, and seafood, packaging, Tastes of Australia, and international representatives.

The event will feature presentations and sessions by industry leaders to educate and engage visitors on the latest industry news and trends.

Fine Food Australia receives support from Platinum Sponsor MILKLAB, as well as the NSW Government and Investment NSW, who are strategic partners and sponsors of The Source Kitchen. Additional major sponsors include Mayers Fine Food for the Mayers Innovation in Patisserie demonstrations and Square Australia for the presentation series Talking Tech.

The Fine Food Australia 2023 expo receives support from important government and association bodies such as Austrade, the Australian Culinary Federation (ACF), the Australian Foodservice Advocacy Body (AFAB), Foodie Coaches, the Foodservice Suppliers Association of Australia (FSAA), and the National Association of Food Equipment Suppliers (NAFES). It is the only event in the industry to receive such widespread support.

Andrew Lawson, the Event Manager, expressed his excitement about returning to Sydney in 2023 to host the ultimate food trade event. According to him, this event is designed to inspire, educate and unite the food industry, which is the backbone of our culture and communities.
