Starbucks Reserve offers an immersive coffee experience, showcasing rare coffees and artisanal brewing in thoughtfully designed spaces inspired by each location

TATA Starbucks launches its first Starbucks Reserve store in Kolkata, also marking its first rooftop store in India as it brings to the city an elevated expression of coffee, along with the signature warmth and connection of the Starbucks experience.

Starbucks Reserve offers an immersive coffee experience, showcasing rare coffees and artisanal brewing in thoughtfully designed spaces inspired by each location. With only a limited number of stores worldwide, Starbucks Reserve represents the brand’s most exclusive and curated expression of coffee craftsmanship.

Starbucks Reserve in Kolkata will showcase rare, small-lot coffees sourced from around the world, prepared using brewing methods such as siphon, pour-over, and chemex while also introducing a curated food menu featuring locally inspired offerings alongside classic favourites. The Kolkata Chicken Chaap Pizza reimagines a familiar local favourite with a contemporary twist. The menu also includes Danish pastries such as Mushroom Feta, Key Lime Pie, and Apple Pie, freshly baked breads like Multigrain Seed, Ciabatta, and Rye, along with a selection of croissant sandwiches, pizzas, and sourdough toasts, designed to pair with the Reserve coffee experience.

Complementing the menu is a curated range of Starbucks Reserve signature beverages, from the coffee‑forward Shakerato Bianco over Ice to the indulgent Vanilla Bean Latte. Each beverage is crafted to showcase the depth, texture, and character of premium coffee across both refreshing and elevated expressions.

The design of the store draws from Kolkata’s artistic and cultural legacy, expressed through warm wood tones, bronze accents, layered textures, and geometric patterns inspired by Bengali art, creating a space shaped by coffee craft, detail, and the rhythm of the city while the rooftop setting adds a distinctive layer to the overall Reserve experience – creating a space that feels both immersive and memorable for consumers.
