Tanmiah Food signs MoU with Griffith Foods

This collaboration aims to diversify Tanmiah Food Company’s product portfolio, expand regional distribution, and support the Kingdom’s Vision 2030

Saudi Arabia’s Tanmiah Food Company has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Griffith Foods, a global leader in product development and production specialising in customised food ingredient solutions.

This collaboration aims to diversify Tanmiah Food Company’s product portfolio, expand regional distribution, and support the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives related to food security and self-sufficiency while also promoting sustainability throughout the supply chain.

The partnership sets the foundation for a supply agreement focused on strengthening product availability and supporting growth in targeted market segments. Both companies will engage in discussions to align on key aspects of the contract and to develop innovative strategies that leverage Griffith Foods’ expertise in food product development and ingredient systems, along with Tanmiah’s strong regional market presence.

In addition to the supply agreement, the two companies will explore the possibility of establishing a joint venture in Saudi Arabia. This partnership will concentrate on expanding market reach by identifying new growth opportunities and developing a comprehensive business strategy to enhance operations and product development capabilities. A significant component of this initiative will be the establishment of a state-of-the-art Research and Development (R&D) centre in Saudi Arabia dedicated to food innovation, product formulation, and the creation of healthier, more sustainable food solutions tailored to both regional and global markets.
