Kilcoy Global Foods plans to invest in the Coominya facility, now rebranded as Kilcoy Global Foods Coominya, in preparation for the next wave of growth
Kilcoy Global Foods has officially acquired Tyson Foods Australia’s Coominya Operation, located just an hour’s drive from our Kilcoy facility. This operation is the primary supplier of beef patties to McDonald’s Australia and also exports to markets in Asia. They produce up to 3 million patties each day, often receiving up to four truckloads of chilled and frozen beef from our Kilcoy facility daily.
“The potential business synergies are exceptional,” said Jiah Falcke, President of Kilcoy Global Foods Australia. “We’ve been supplying Coominya for more than 20 years. The Coominya team upholds the same high standards that we do, making this acquisition a perfect fit for our business.”
Kilcoy Global Foods plans to invest in the Coominya facility, now rebranded as Kilcoy Global Foods Coominya, in preparation for the next wave of growth. The Coominya Operation officially became part of the Kilcoy Global Foods Australia Division on Monday, 28 October 2024.
