This new taste creation facility further confirms the strategic importance of South East Asia for the Group.
Firmenich has recently announced the opening of a new, cutting edge taste creation facility in Bonifacio Global City, in Manila, the Philippines. Reinforcing the company’s footprint in Southeast Asia, this taste creation hub features high-tech laboratories and cutting-edge sensory capabilities to shape the future of food in this dynamic region. The opening ceremony was attended by Andrea Reichlin, Switzerland’s ambassador to the Philippines, as well as local guests, Firmenich customers and senior executives.
“Staying at the forefront of creativity and innovation is paramount for us to be the Taste and Nutrition partner of choice,” said Gilbert Ghostine, CEO, Firmenich. “We have been present and continuously investing in the Philippines since 1996, and look forward to continuing to deliver the most innovative and consumer-focused taste solutions to our customers.”
Building on Firmenich’s culinary discovery centre in Thailand, launched earlier this year, this new taste creation facility further confirms the strategic importance of South East Asia for the Group. By strengthening its foothold across this dynamic region, Firmenich is committed to mastering its rich culinary heritage and trends to delight consumers globally.
