Bacardi Limited, the world’s largest privately held international spirits company, has announced a series of leadership changes that reflect its global commitment to talent development and organisational transformation.

Dave Ingram has been appointed Chief People & Business Transformation Officer, tasked with shaping the company’s future-ready organisation through talent management, succession planning, performance, and capability building. A member of the Bacardi Global Leadership Team since 2022, Ingram previously served as Chief Supply Chain Officer, where he oversaw global operations, logistics, sourcing, and product quality. Based in Bermuda, he continues to report to CEO Mahesh Madhavan. His appointment follows the retirement of Scott Northcutt after 16 years leading Bacardi’s people organisation, who will now serve as Senior Vice President of Family Development Programs.

With Ingram’s move, Bacardi has promoted Nicole Zukowski to Chief Supply Chain Officer, joining the Global Leadership Team. Previously Vice President of North America Supply Chain, she brings experience from Nike and L’Oréal and was recognised among the 100 Most Influential Women in Supply Chain in 2020.

Additionally, Guillermo Donayre has been named Senior Vice President of North America Supply Chain, while Pamela Chanona, Vice President Market Supply Chain Europe, expands her remit to Latin America and the Caribbean.
