Thailand based JuiceInnov8, a Bangkok based deeptech startup in food biotechnology space, has closed a pre-Series A funding led by 500 Startups (500 Durians and 500 Tuktuks), making the total amount raised (including Seed Round and grants) at US$1.2M to date.
The company has developed a develop sugar reduction technology with our non-GM microbes for juice industry to build a better & healthier 100% juice with less sugar & lower calories. The firm cultivates and screens through hundreds of microbes from the nature to find the perfect natural sugar reducer for specific type of juice under controlled condition & selected pathway.
The company’s technology platform will enable juice producer to customize range of natural sugar reduction from mildly sweet - less sugar to sugar free - zero calories.
