Acquisitions expand TricorBraun's Australian presence and strengthen its position as a leading packaging provider in ANZ
Global packaging leader TricorBraun has acquired Australian spirits packaging distributor UniquePak and Australian industrial packaging distributor Alplas Products (Alplas), further expanding the company's Australian presence and strengthening its position as a leading packaging provider in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
"These acquisitions broaden our capabilities for spirits and industrial packaging across Australia and New Zealand," said Andrew Allsop, managing director, of TricorBraun ANZ. "The UniquePak and Alplas teams are highly respected for their expertise, focus on quality, and customer service, and we look forward to investing in their continued growth."
All UniquePak and Alplas team members will remain with TricorBraun. The companies will continue as stand-alone businesses, operating as UniquePak, a TricorBraun company, and Alplas Products, a TricorBraun company. Over time, the companies will transition to the TricorBraun ANZ brand.
TricorBraun established its footprint in the region with the acquisitions of Cormack Packaging in 2021, PB Packaging in 2022, and Plas-Pak WA in 2024.
