Oishi Group is set to be delisted from Thailand's stock exchange following ThaiBev's acquisition of 70,662,764 shares in the company.

In 2008, Yodkit Thurakij sold a 43.9 per cent stake in Oishi to ThaiBev for THB 3.045 billion (approximately $94 million).
The tender offer for Oishi Group's delisting in Thailand closed on August 21st.
Oishi, a Thailand-based company, exports Oishi Green Tea ready-to-drink beverages and operates Japanese restaurants domestically.
ThaiBev acquired Fraser and Neave in 2012, which owned a range of food and beverage brands including Carnation and Sunkist.
